Service Description

Many caregivers take on the role of caregiving by default. Caregivers receive no formal training and need assistance with navigating and coordinating the necessary care required for their loved one. Caregiving can be lonely and rewarding at the same time. We provide an additional layer of support that can make the difference in a caregiver’s day. A resource package for family members providing care to their loved one(s): • Self-assessment worksheet • Self-care plan and tools • Organized prepared meals
